Ousted from Vada Chennai, Samantha says she won't

Apparently in an effort at trouble-shooting and to remind film producers that she hasn’t yet called it quits (officially) from the film industry, actress Samantha has said that she won’t get married this year.
Reports of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya’s love affair have been doing rounds for the past few weeks. Tollywood press says that the actress might tie the nuptial knot by the end of this year. Rumours of her impending marriage have cost her the offer to pair up opposite Dhanush for the second time (after Thangamagan) in Vetrimaaran’s upcoming three-part directorial venture Vada Chennai.
Vetrimaaran, who has said more than once that Vada Chennai was his dream project, commenced the film’s shoot last week. The film would need at least 18 months of non-stop hard work for which Dhanush has committed himself even as he has been shooting for Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta. Apprehensive that Samantha’s marriage might harm the film’s making, the crew ousted her recently.
Samantha’s place has been taken by Amala Paul, who has become rather close to Dhanush (professionally, though) after pairing up opposite him in the 2014 hit film Velaiyilla Pattathari and playing the lead role in Dhanuh’s home production Amma Kanakku which released recently. In the meantime, Samantha has attempted trouble-shooting measures by stating that she may not get married this year,.
